A major character who was conspicuously absent in the last season of Game of Thrones will be returning for the show's sixth season.
Speaking to The Irish Examiner, actor Isaac Hempstead Wright confirmed he'll be returning as Bran Stark in the show next year.
“I can’t say a lot but I am back this season, and it’s going to get particularly interesting with Bran. He has some interesting visions,” the actor said.
Both Hempstead Wright and Kristian Nairn, who plays Hodor on the series, were missing last season so the show could catch up with their storyline in the books. At the end of season four, Bran, Hordor and Meera (Ellie Kenddrick) had found the mysterious Three-Eyed Raven in a cave.
